Mark has networked with several other guides and outfitters across our state and nation. If he is unable to set up your trip, then he can refer you to who he feels will best facilitate your needs or direct you the best guide in the location you wish to fish.

As you can see from the pictures, it is a vessel of comfort. 16 X 5 feet, two elevated seats, knee locks, drop anchor system and dry storage, it’s ready for fishing. We’ll be using this exclusively at Damon Seven Lakes until the Guadalupe holds higher flow levels.

Mark is the only guide with the knowledge of metro Houston bayou fly fishing. By being associated with Seven Lakes of Damon Bass Club, you have an opportunity to fish an incredible private Bass fishing club, near Houston.

For Guadalupe River trips, if you prefer a float-trip instead of walk-in he can direct you to one of his colleagues; Kevin Stubbs-Expedition Outfitters, Chris Jackson-Action Angler, or Alvin DeDeaux; for float trips down the river. Mark has a vast number of saltwater guides that he has fished with from Texas to Florida to assist you with your best choice.

With 35+ years experience in guiding and instruction, anything is possible for the success of your excursion. Though Mark may seem traditional in casting instruction, you'll find that he believes in the adage of "whatever it takes" to put you on the fish and bring them to the net.
